Spanish Sage

Spanish Sage is a small woody evergreen from the Mediterranean, grown mostly in Spain and France. Its aroma is camphoraceous and herbal, and its main constituents — camphor and 1,8-cineole — are what give it that cooling feel on skin after exercise.
