Siberian Fir

Siberian Fir smells like a forest floor in cold weather, and it is one of the gentler oils on skin — soothing enough that it is a common choice for a comforting massage after a hard day. In Europe it is a topical and aromatic oil.

Key characteristics

Distilled from Abies sibirica.
Produces a soothing, calming effect when applied to the skin.
Soothes the skin from minor skin irritations.
Calms the emotions and provides a grounding effect.
Blends well with Fractionated Coconut Oil for massage.

Directions for use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.

Cautions

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Never apply undiluted to the skin.
