MetaPWR
MetaPWR is doTERRA’s range of supplements and one topical blend. It is the part of the catalogue this site is most careful about, and the reason is simple: in the European Union, health claims on food supplements may only be made from a list that regulators have authorised. Most of what is written about this range online is not on that list.
So this page will not tell you that MetaPWR does anything to your metabolism, your energy, your focus or your weight. Not because the products are bad, but because saying it here would be a claim I am not permitted to make and cannot substantiate — and a site that makes claims like that about supplements is a site whose product information you should not trust either.
What the range actually is
A metabolic blend sold as an essential oil blend, and several supplement formats sold alongside it — softgels, a drink powder and a collagen-style powder among them. The exact composition of the range differs by market and is revised from time to time, so the doTERRA shop for your country is the only accurate source for what is currently sold and what it contains.
What to read instead of marketing copy
- The ingredient list and the intended use on the product page in your own shop. For a supplement that is the document that matters, not a description.
- The daily amount stated on the label, and whether it is meant to be taken with food.
- Any warning for pregnancy, breastfeeding or existing medication. Supplements interact; a pharmacist can tell you whether one interacts with something you already take, and this website cannot.
If you are considering it
Ask a doctor or a pharmacist, particularly if you take prescription medicine or are pregnant. That is not a formality on this page — it is the actual advice. If a supplement is worth taking, it is worth asking someone qualified first.
What this site can help with
Not whether a supplement is right for you — but the ordinary practical questions around ordering: which doTERRA market serves your country, what the difference between the retail and the wholesale price means over a year, and whether a product on an American page is even sold in the European range. Those I can answer.

Buy from the official shop. The link opens doTERRA’s own store, where their prices, terms, ingredient lists and privacy policy apply. As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate I may receive referral credit if you order — at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure.
